Training is repetitive but that’s how you actually see results. ✨Under eating because I’m “petite.” Biggest mistake. You can’t grow if you don’t fuel properly 🍽️ and not prioritising my protein and nutritious meals ✨Training legs every single day, avoiding upper body because I didn’t want to get ‘bulky’ ugh who was I… bulky who?! Don’t do it 🙄 ✨Skipping cardio 🙃 I’m not a runner, but my fitness levels improved so much once I added it in plus I also got a lot leaner and I’m assuming as I was burning more calories this is why ✨ Comparing myself to everyone else strength, body, progress. That mindset kills your confidence. Everyone is at different stages in their journey and that’s ok, embrace it🫶🏼 ✨Worrying about what people think. Being scared of the weights area and people judging or watching me 😭 ( ironic now I film all my workouts ) Everyone starts somewhere, no one’s judging as much as you think. I’m still learning everyday 💗 ✨Skipping warm ups and mobility work.
