Here’s a great no equipment game to have in your back pocket for your K-1st students - I call it “I See” . It’s an imagination game that focuses on learning to find Open Space and stay inside the boundary lines, while letting kids have fun, be silly and use their imaginations . I usually do this during the first couple weeks of school with my K-1st students to learn the basics of Open Space and Movement within boundaries before doing any sort of tag game or other activities with equipment .
