A Secret how to afford pilot training ... Pilot training doesn’t require a miracle. It requires commitment There’s no secret way to afford pilot training No shortcut. No hack. No “right timing” You WORK, WORK and WORK You save You keep going when it feels slow I personally know people who worked two or even three jobs while flying, studying, and barely sleeping Not because it was inspiring, but because it was necessary Years later, they’re captains With stability. With options. With the life they once imagined from the right seat. Pilot training doesn’t ask for luck It asks for endurance It’s not glamorous But it works #pilotlife #pilottraining #aviation #pilotsofinstagram #pilotlifestyle

Airline Training Tips ⬇️ These habits / tips totally transformed my training experience. They had me in the first half! I was struggling a lot but once I started doing these 7 things I started excelling and it made a huge difference for me. They helped me in airline training but I am sure they would help in any flight training experience or even just in life 🫡 ✓ Sleep is the #1 Priority! (Go to bed early) Without it, everything else falls apart. It’s okay to skip the gym or studying to get the sleep you need. ✓ Workout in the morning Even if it is 100 pushups, get the body moving to start the day because it makes you feel good. Qi Gong youtube videos were my go to! ✓ Lean on others Aviation is a team sport—develop a kill squad that everyone wants to join and everyone can join (if they are team players). ✓ Mediate / Visualize Start the day reminding yourself who you are, what you have accomplished, and what your mission is! ✓ Sleep w/ phone in bathroom This will ensure you get up on the first alarm and keep your brain away from bad frequencies. ✓ Remember who you are Don’t let others change you or let your environment change you. Leaders will always be themselves and attract the right people to them and influence the rest to join their way of thinking. ✓ Take vitamins + supplements EVERYDAY Get outside as much as possible and take vitamins to optimize health as much as possible. #flightschool #pilotsofinstagram #airlinepilot #flightinstructor #pilottraining #commercialpilot

You learn a lot in flight school.. but some things, they don’t teach you. Here are 10 things every pilot should know (with a little humor, of course)… 1️⃣ Aviation is 90% boredom, 10% pure chaos. Stay sharp. The boring flights are when you get lazy 2️⃣ Crosswind landings will humble you. One day, you’ll feel like an ace. The next day, the runway will fight back 3️⃣ ATC is your friend… most of the time. But yes, they can absolutely roast you over the radio 4️⃣ Passengers will always ask, “Do you know how to fly this thing?” … No, I just push buttons and hope for the best 5️⃣ Checklists exist for a reason. The one time you don’t use it? That’s when you forget the fuel caps. 6️⃣ Your first solo will be the scariest and most exciting thing you ever do. Until you have to teach someone else how to solo 7️⃣ You’ll never look at clouds the same way again. They’re no longer “fluffy sky things” they’re turbulence factories 8️⃣ Fuel is always more important than your ego. No shame in diverting. Shame in explaining why you ran out of gas 9️⃣ The best pilots are always learning. Arrogance is expensive. So are bad landings 🔟 You will never “arrive” as a pilot. The moment you think you know it all? That’s when aviation teaches you a lesson Flying isn’t just about skills.. it’s about mindset, discipline, and constantly improving. I’m on a mission to help 1,000 pilots get lean & get their energy back in 90 days using my Autopilot Method because health isn’t complicated. It’s just sold wrong. What’s one lesson you wish you learned sooner?👇🏼

5 Tips to pass your CPL flight test ✅ 1. Checklist, checklist, checklist: a big part of the CPL exam is showing your competency of being a procedural pilot. That means, even if you know the pre-landing check by heart, you are following the checklist - this helps to make sure you don’t miss anything from perhaps being nervous as well as showing your understanding of the importance of following the checklist. 2. Get very comfortable at trimming out the aircraft well. This will help a ton for the nav portion as well as when you are put under the hood. 3. P180 - one of the highest causes of failure - the key is having a consistent stabilized approach. Don’t let your airspeed fluctuate as that will impact your glide, making it difficult to have consistency in this exercise. 4. Timed turns (partial panel) - draw out the VOR and practice calculating the time you need to turn so it’s done without hesitation in the air. Also, always remain rate 1 - if you start to climb / descent, make sure as you are correcting - you shorten/ lengthen the time you turn. 5. Emergencies - make sure to have all the fires memorized. Other emergencies for the most part, can be done via checklist. And once you complete the initial steps to the fire emergencies, don’t forget to confirm with the checklist. . . . . . #flying #pilotlife #pilot #femalepilot #avaition #aviation #femaleaviators #piloteyes #réel #viralreels #2024 #vancouver

The unfiltered side of flight training 😩✈️ Long days, steep learning curves, and lessons that test your patience—but it all comes back to the basics. Master the pre-flight checks, respect maintenance, and everything else starts to fall into place. Strong habits on the ground create confident decisions in the air. That’s how safer pilots are built. 👏 Credit & applause to @pendingpilotluke #AvLabEntertainment #StudentPilotLife #PilotTraining #AviationBasics #PreFlightCheck #AviationSafety #FuturePilot

If you’re curious how long it took to do my PPL training, here’s my timeline! I’m enrolled in a Part 141 course (which is part of my visa requirements). November 21st, 2023: First flight. February 22nd: Phase Check 1, ground April 17th: Phase Check 1, flight April 30th: Phase Check 2, ground and flight May 7th: First solo flight. July 1st: Phase Check 3, ground July 11th: Phase Check 3, flight August 12th: Final Phase Check, ground August 30th: Final Phase Check, flight September 19th: Checkride passed! 🎉 Transparency is important and I hope this has helped anyone that’s curious! Every journey is different and everyone will face challenges. Don’t lose sight of your goals🩷 There were some factors that ultimately ended up extending my timeline more than I anticipated. The main reasons for the delays: ⮕FAA audit of the 141 program, which grounded me while issues were fixed. ⮕Grounding due to discourse on paying installments caused by delays in my training as mentioned above ⮕Changing instructors. ⮕Long wait times for phase checks to be scheduled #aviation #flighttraining #studentpilot #femalepilot
