Il polline di pino è considerato un potente superfood naturale, ricco di vitamine, minerali, aminoacidi e antiossidanti, noto per potenziare il sistema immunitario e aumentare l'energia. È ampiamente utilizzato per riequilibrare i livelli ormonali, in particolare per la presenza naturale di testosterone. Questa polvere viene prodotta dai microsporofilli (fiori maschi) in primavera, con il vento andrà poi a fecondare i macrosporofilli (fiori femminili, stròbili o giovani pigne). Raccolgo i fiori quando sono carichi di polline, li separo dagli aghi e li setaccio. Lascio gli scarti ad essiccare e li setaccio una seconda volta poiché continueranno a rilasciare ancora del polline.
