This move depends on rear-wheel slip and fast power cut. Lean — Weight management (most important) Slide your hips slightly toward the inside and let the bike lean into your inner thigh and hip/pelvis. Tank contact is ideal; seat-side contact is acceptable if it transfers load into your thigh. Do not lift the bike with the handlebar. Bars steer; legs and hips carry weight. If bars feel heavy, reset your hips. Lock — Handlebar position Turn the handlebar to full lock in the direction of the turn. Don’t fight the bike with your arms. Step — Inside foot and pivot Step your inside foot out wide, toes slightly outward (25 to 40 degree), knee soft. The leg is a vertical support. Weight goes through the ball of the foot (metatarsal heads) — not the ankle. Foot control — Sliding vs twisting Plant once and pivot with the ball of your foot. No ankle twisting, no foot walking. If the surface is loose, allow small controlled sliding. Look — Vision Turn your head and look behind you at the exit. Vision stabilizes balance and tells you when to stop. Go — Rotation Release clutch with a quick throttle twist to break rear traction. Seated turns must be quick—going slow makes the bike feel heavy. Finish — How to stop correctly At ~180°, CLUTCH FULLY IN first, then apply the front brake. If it goes wrong Minor drift → allow controlled foot slide.
