By adding in the dumbbell pull through, you turn this into a full body exercise. -Your hips and glutes need to work together to stabilize your body and prevent it from rocking side to side. -Your entire core especially your obliques are being targeted. -Your triceps, shoulders, upper back, and chest are working in unison to pull the weight from side to side. Focusing and controlling your breath during this will help you control the weight and keep your form in tact. Add these into your routine! 💪💪

Rear foot elevated plank pull throughs are one of my favorite core exercises! They build strength, improve stability, and increase coordination and body control. They target multiple muscle groups, including the core, shoulders, chest, back, hip flexors, obliques, and lower back. The pulling motion of the exercise also activates more muscles in the arms, lats, upper back, and obliques. I like to do 4 sets of 60 seconds during my core workout.
