No im not flipping you off. This is called dystonic/ spastic posturing. It happens when I have super high muscle tone. And if I activate my muscles to reach for something or do anything they like to posture. Many times people with neurological conditions have postures that can look “weird” or even look rude. But it’s extensor tone and dystonia being rude. Without them I wouldn’t have this issue. So next time you see a person with a disability sitting like this, it may not be flipping you off.
