🌅🌄A nude ombré floating into shades of purple. Tender and delicate but glowing from inside. Like the morning mist in early autumn chased by the first rays of sun. 🌅🌄 I stumbled upon this combination by Meg Varner Miller in a glaze forum and fell in love right away. Glaze: 2x Hyacinth @lagunaclay 2x Oatmeal @amacobrent 🔥 cone 6 Clay: porcelain 🌅🌄Ein Verlauf von Nude Tönen hinein in tolle lila Facetten. Zart, kaum greifbar und doch von innen heraus leuchtend. Wie der morgendliche Nebel im frühen Herbst, der von der Morgensonne beleuchtet wird. Ich habe diese Glasurkombi von Meg Varner Miller in einem Glasurforum gefunden und mich sofort verliebt. 🥰 Auf dem gegossenen Porzellan kommt sie mega gut zur Geltung. Da ich aber ja eigentlich mit Steinzeug töpfere, werde ich sie bald auch auf diesem probieren. DIY - NikolHäuschen mit Dani 🎅💫🏠 Du kannst diese kleinen Dekohäuser ganz einfach selbst herstellen oder in unserem Onlineshop kaufen. Wir bieten sie in vielen verschiedenen Farben an. Ganz NEU: jetzt auch als 5er Set in Knallrot ❤️ www.almahatzeit.de Aber heute geht's ja ums "selbst herstellen", daher eine kurze Anleitung von mir: 💛 rolle den Ton 1,5 - 2cm dick aus. Ich verwende hier eine graue unschamottierte Masse. 💛 schneide unterschiedlich groß Rechtecke aus, z.B. 2x3, 2x4 und 2x2 cm. Anschließend forme das Dach. 💛 zum Eindrücken der Fenster und Türen verwende ich ein Streichholz. Deiner Kreativität sind hier keine Grenzen gesetzt. Je unterschiedlicher die Formen, desto schöner. ✨️ 💛 nachdem die Häuser vollständig getrocknet sind, können sie im Schrühbrand bei 900°C gebrannt werden. 💛 nun erfolgt das Glasieren. Ich verwende hier Lackrot von der Firma @botz und brenne die Häuser nach dem Trocknen bei 1040°C. Viel Spaß beim Nachmachen!! I get things done in the cottage garden…just slowly, on sunny days with a cup of tea and a small, mischievous spaniel to distract me! . Pottering around is my favourite way of gardening. I plant things - some of them grow, some of them don’t. It’s always a nice feeling when they do, but no one is going to starve if they don’t! . I coax the pea shoots onto the netting, check the rhubarb and deadhead flowers - I’m not sure why, but my gran always did it in her garden. . I decorate with fishing buoys we find washed up on the beach and I pull out a few weeds here and there. Kitchen reveal part 1 Finally it’s finished....well apart from the skirting boards, but l’ll do those on slow time. I’m soooo happy with how it’s turned out! Loving the white walls, freshly painted cabinets and a return of my bits n bobs (though I did move stuff around and retired a few things!) I love my copper pans hanging on the rail, a bargain from Ikea at only £9! 1 used the basket to hide the isolation switch for the aga....and painted the tiles from cream to white! A spring flower arrangement with pastel pink tapered candles and our Loire bowl for the win - lovely enough to brighten up the dullest of January days. I kept it nice and simple, finishing with a top dressing of shells, which also help to anchor the candles in place.
