Natividad Carvajal es una estudiante de 57 años de segundo de bachillerato, quien nos cuenta que el mayor reto era la carga económica que representaba costear los alimentos los días en los que toma clases. En el caso de Daniel, se siente más tranquilo, al igual que sus compañeros de estudios, porque pueden aprovechar su jornada de clases completa sin mayores dificultades. Empieza tu rutina de día y noche preparando tu piel. 1. Limpieza diaria con nuestro aceite. 2. Limpieza en profundidad dos veces en semana para eliminar células muertas. Fácil y sencillo para una piel suave, fresca y luminosa. #Prepara

Crispy mushroom salad. More of a format than a salad but when you combine crisped salty mushrooms with an herby vinaigrette, you can’t really go wrong… if ur having trouble with your herbs staying fresh (and stylish) then checkout @officialprepara 🥗RECIPE🥗 Mushrooms: 1-Test your mushrooms into thin strips and set aside (Any mushrooms will work for this, the important part is to make sure they are all the same size so they cook evenly). 2- heat a sauce pan to medium high heat, and then add in your mushrooms dry, flipping them every minute or so. 3- once the moisture has released and they start to develop some little bits of color, add in 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and continue sautéing until the color has turned to a caramel color. Add in one tablespoon of butter, season the mushrooms with salt and continue cooking for another minute or until golden brown. Remove from heat and transfer the mushrooms to a paper towel to cool. Vinagrette: In a blender, combine 1/4 cup sautéed shallot/garlic, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, juice and zest of 1 lemon and lime, and blend on high. While blending, stream in 1 cup of vegetable or olive oil. Check for seasoning and reserve until needed. Salad: In a mixing bowl dress the bowl with half a cup of the vinaigrette then add in your lettuce. Gently toss the lettuce until coated then add in your crisped mushrooms, 1/2 cup of picked mint, 1/2 cup of picked parsley, and toss.
