[ GLI INFORTUNI NEL BJJ: IL SALTO IN GUARDIA CHIUSA ] Nel Jiu Jitsu e nel Grappling competitivo non è tutto ora quel che luccica. Alcune tecniche, se mal eseguite, possono portare a grossi infortuni. Una di queste è senza dubbio il salto in guardia chiusa, senz’altro una delle manovre più temute in assoluto poichè puó provocare enormi danni sulle ginocchia di chi la subisce. Il salto, per essere eseguito in maniera corretta e sicura, deve essere molto alto e deve permettere di arrivare al bacino dell’avversario, cioè oltre le gambe. Nel video si vede l’errore più comune, cioè compiere il salto all’altezza delle ginocchia con conseguente brutto infortunio per la vittima. State ATTENTISSIMI quando lo fate!
