I made clear pumpkin pie. It still needs some finessing, but it's weird and delightful. Since everyone is asking for the recipe (sorry it's vague, I haven't had time to test/refine it): 1 Premade or homemade pie crust, blind baked. 3 pouches plain gelatin, dissolved in two cups water (back off on the gelatin for a less firm pie). Add a 1/2 to 1 tsp salt and 3/4 c sugar and 5-8 drops of Get Suckered highly concentrated pumpkin pie extract. (If using regular McCormick extract, I've seen 1-2 tsp as a measurement - do a taste test and see). Heat it all over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add 1.5 cup ice. Gently pour into crust.
