If your putts start left one time and right the next… this is probably why. One of the biggest reasons golfers struggle to start the ball on line has nothing to do with aiming. It’s inconsistent stroke length. When your backstroke changes from putt to putt, your timing changes. When timing changes, face control changes. And when the face isn’t returning the same way every time, start line becomes a guessing game. Great putters don’t hit putts harder or softer — they keep the same tempo and rhythm, and simply adjust stroke length to match the distance. Same setup. Same tempo. Different stroke length. Hi golfers ⛳️ here’s why you should always pace off your putts (one pace = 3 feet) (FOLLOW for simple putting tips you can easily use on the golf course!) Part of getting good at putting is removing as much guesswork as you can When you know your distance to the hole, you can visualize a “success circle” that is plus/minus 10% of that distance—meaning, for a 30-foot putt there you imagine a 6-foot circle with the hole at its center You can also easily calibrate your stroke length on the practice green, seeing what feels good for 10, 20, 30 feet, then carry that with you to the round

Hi golfers 👋 Try it! And share with someone who wants to get better at putting Solid putting is all about predictability and consistency, including tempo When your tempo is the same on every single putt, you only need to change the length of your back stroke to roll it different distances Find a song with a tempo that feels comfortable for you—try something around 70-80 bpm Roll some putts to the beat of that song to train that tempo, and then you can remember the song out on the golf course ⛳️ Follow for easy putting tips!

STOP watching the ball. 👀❌ One of the quickest ways to improve your putting… 👉 Keep your head down for 2 seconds after impact. Most golfers: • Hit the putt • Instantly look up • Pull or push the ball • Blame the read But the issue isn’t the read — it’s the movement. When you look early: • Your shoulders open • The face twists • Strike changes • Start line suffers Instead: 🎯 Hit the putt 🎯 Listen for the strike 🎯 Count “one-one-thousand, two-one-thousand” 🎯 THEN look up You’ll: ✔️ Strike it more consistently ✔️ Start it on line more often ✔️ Hole more putts inside 8ft Try it in your next practice session and tell me the difference 👇

Hey golfers 👋 how much lower would your scores be if you consistently took 32 putts per round? There’s a good chance you’re leaving easy strokes out there and missing out on lower scores A lot of golfers have never been taught how to putt well, so I’m working to do that for you 👊🏻

Your putting feels off? 😤 3-putts often come from tempo problems, not aiming issues. Smooth strokes = consistent distance control. Practice with the Coin Drill: 1. Balance a coin. 2. Make your stroke. 3. Don't let it fall! If the coin falls, smooth your rhythm. 🧘🏽♀️ Save this for your next practice session! 💾 #golf #putting #practice #tempo #viral

1) Avoid Lost Golf Balls Hitting a drive 20 yards further will gain you approximately 0.1 shots. A lost ball costs you 1.5-2 shots. Distance is helpful, but not at the expense of lost balls. 2) Prioritise Greens In Regulation From 20 yards on the GREEN a PGA TOUR player averages 2.21 shots. From 20 yards in the ROUGH a PGA TOUR player averages 2.59 shots. Don’t chase those tucked pins. 3) Putting From 3-12 Feet Outside 12 feet, no matter how well you roll the ball, it’s difficult to hole a high percentage of putts. Hole two more 8 foot putts per round however and you’ve gained an entire stroke. Focus here on the putting green. 4) Chipping Proximity 50% of up and downs is elite level performance. A 50% success rate on the green is an 8 foot putt (PGA TOUR stats). Choose the shot that gives you the highest chance of getting the ball into an 8 foot circle. 5) The Winner Is The Best Putter Of The Best Ball Strikers ‘Drive For Show, Putt For Dough’ is wrong. Ball striking is king. But sleep on your putting at your peril, the winner is the golfer who creates the chances AND holes the putts. If you found this helpful l’ve put together 30 lessons in 30 days that will get you closer to a scratch handicap. DM me the word SCRATCH and I’ll send them over for free

Struggling with inconsistent putts? You’re likely rushing or slowing down your stroke without realizing it. This often happens when golfers don’t have a steady tempo guiding their putting motion. ✅ Use a metronome to keep a consistent pace. ✅ Count in your head to maintain rhythm throughout the stroke. Feel the difference as your putts roll smoothly and consistently towards the hole. Comment “coach” and I’ll give you a free game assessment. #golf #golfswing #golfer #putting

Still missing 3-foot putts? 🎯 3 feet is your safe zone. From here, you shouldn’t feel hopeful… you should feel automatic. — Most golfers practise until they make one. Serious golfers practise until they understand why they miss. — If you’re doing this drill: • Track how many attempts it takes to go clean • Write down how you missed • High side or low side? • Right-to-left or left-to-right? That detail is ever/ything. — If you tell your coach “I struggle with putting”… That doesn’t help. But if you tell me “I consistently miss right-to-left putts on the low side”… Now we can fix it immediately. No guessing. Just improvement. — 📊 And if you really want to go deeper? Measure the slope percentage. The more feedback you bring, the more precise your improvement plan becomes. — If you don’t measure it, you don’t own it. DM me “STATS” and I’ll send you the putting template I use with my players. #PuttingDrills #GolfPerformance #GolfCoaching #PGAProfessional #GolfImprovement #PuttingPractice #GolfStats #ShortGame #GolfTips #AbuDhabiGolf #AbuDhabiGolfClub #UAESports #GolfMindset #PracticeWithPurpose #ThomasGraceyGolf

Comment “ROLL” and I’ll send you 3 pro-level putting drills to transform your game. Struggling to sink those putts consistently? You might be moving too much during your stroke. Excessive movement can lead to misalignment and poor contact with the ball. ✅ Keep your legs still for a stable base. ✅ Maintain a low putter head through impact for better roll. ✅ Keep your head still until after the ball is hit for consistent alignment. Feel the difference as your putts start rolling true and on target!

3 putting stats to lower your hcp . 1) From 10 feet, average golfers make only about 30–40% of putts. That distance shows up constantly for par saves and birdie chances, yet most players assume they “should” make it. The reality is scoring still depends heavily on converting from this range. Goal: Practice 8–12 footers until you can make 6 out of 10 consistently. 2) The average leave distance on a missed first putt from 30+ feet is over 6 feet. That is why long putts turn into bogeys. It is not the read. Poor speed control leaves a stressful second putt most of the time. Goal: From 30–50 feet, focus only on pace. Keep 7 of 10 putts inside a 4-foot circle. 3) Golfers still miss around 10% of putts from inside 3 feet. Short putts feel automatic, but amateur tracking data shows they quietly add strokes every round when there is no routine or commitment. Goal: Make 25 in a row from 3 feet before ending every practice session. I used to roll balls with no structure and nothing changed. Once I followed a focused routine, putts dropped and scores followed. If you want the exact 60-minute plan that builds these skills, comment PRACTICE and I’ll send it.

Try it ⛳️ and share with a golfer wants to get better at putting (FOLLOW if you want putting to feel easy) One of the things great putters do is keep their tempo or rhythm very consistent It lets you focus on just changing the length of your stroke for different length putts—never changing the tempo of your movement Pros hover around a tempo of 76 beats per minute Some practice to a metronome, but I like to practice to songs Now you know what’s in my head when I’m taking practice strokes on the putting green
