Sirova rodjendanska tortica 🎂 Recept sam videla kod moje drage Dusice @ignjatovamama samo sam preko dodala otopljenu cokoladu, da upotpuni izgled ✨ Treba vam: za koru: * 200g pecenih badema (ili oraha, lesnika) * 100g svezih urmi (na 15min potopljene u vodi) * prstohvat soli Priprema: Sve sastojke sjediniti u blenderu. Sipati u kalup, staviti u frizider ili u zamrivac da se stegne. za fil: * 300g indijskih oraha (potopiti u vodi, na par sati) * 2-3 kasike meda * 50ml otopljenog kokosovog ulja * sok od pola limuna * 100ml cedjene pomorandze * izrendana kora jedne pomorandze Sve navedene sastojke izblendati i polovinu fila sipati preko kore. Staviti u zamrivac da se malo stegne. U ostatak belog fila dodati 250g malina, borovnica, jagoda, ili mix sumskog voca (svezih ili smrznutih). Sve izblendati i sipati preko belog fila. Vratiti u zamrivac. Potrebno je da torta odstoji nekoliko sati u frizideru, kako bi se stegla, ili u zamrivacu. Uživajte! 💕 #rawcake #sirovatorta

No Bake Carrot Cake 😍🥕 recipe below ❤️ - 150g grated carrot - 350-300g pitted medjool dates - 300g walnuts / almonds / pecans - 3 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 tsp nutmeg - 1/2 tsp ground ginger - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 pinch salt - 3 tbsp dairy free milk - 90g oats, ground to a flour in a blender Frosting: - 160g cashews, soaked overnight or in boiled water for 20 minutes - 200g coconut milk (the thick, creamy part at the top) or you can use pure, thick coconut yoghurt - 3 tbsp maple syrup - Juice of half a lemon - 1 tsp vanilla extract - Splash dairy free milk Line a loaf tin. To food processor, add the dates and blend until broken up or a ball forms. Remove. Add in nuts, salt, spices and pulse until ground into fine pieces. Then add the dates back in along with the grated carrots, vanilla and milk and pulse again until well combined - you will need to stop and scrape the sides down half way through. Add a splash more milk if it’s too dry to blend. Press into the loaf tin. Make the frosting by adding the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste test and add any more maple/lemon to taste. Spread over the base and place in the freezer to set for 3 hours. Sirova Bajadera Torta 🍫 Neću odugovlačiti - kremasta, ukusna, jednostavna i zdravija 🫧 •Podloga• 200g mekih datulja 100g badema ili mix orašastih Kakao prah puna žlica Žlica choc nut buttera (Myprotein) ili kikiriki maslaca •Krema• Ohlađena kokos krema 400ml konzerva (samo gusti sloj) 200g indijskih oraščića 35g kakao maslaca otopljenog 3 žlice kikiriki maslaca 2 žlice meda •Čokoladna krema• Tamna čokolada 50-70g (85%) Namočite datulje u vrućoj vodi 10min ako su tvrde. Zatim ih ocijedite. U sjeckalici usitnite sve sastojke osim datulja i maslaca. Na kraju dodajte datulje i maslac pa ponovo sameljite da dobijete kompaktnu smjesu koju ćete utisnuti u kalup 18-20cm promjera. Stavite hladiti. Natopite indijske 30min u vrućoj vodi pa ih dobro ocijedite i posušite krpom. Dodajte ih u blender sa svim sastojcima za kremu. Miksajte dok ne dobijete glatku kremu. Podijelite na 2 dijela. Prvi dio izlijte u kalup u stavite hladiti da se stegne. U drugi dio kreme dodajte otopljenu tamnu čokoladu. Dobro promiješajte. Dodajte kao drugi sloj kreme nakon što se prva krema stisnula. 20-minutes Coffee Cake (Raw & Vegan, Gluten-Free and Refined sugar-free) 🔸 For the Crust (Walnut Brownie Layer) Ingredients: * 150 g walnuts (soaked overnight with a pinch of salt, then rinsed and drained) * 15 g raw cacao powder * Pinch of salt * 120 g Medjool dates (soaked for 30–60 min, pits removed) * 30 g maple syrup * 30 g melted coconut oil (extra virgin) Instructions: 1. Add soaked walnuts, cacao powder, and salt to a food processor. 2. Pulse 10–15 times until the texture is coarse and crumbly (not a butter). 3. Add soaked dates, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. 4. Blend until the mixture sticks together but retains some texture. 5. Press the mixture into a 6-inch cake ring lined with parchment or plastic wrap. Flatten evenly with your fingers. Chill while making the mousse. 🔸 For the Coffee Mousse Ingredients: * 200 g raw cashews (soaked overnight, then rinsed and drained) * 60 ml espresso (2 shots = 60 ml) * 80 ml almond milk (unsweetened) * 80 ml maple syrup * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1/4 tsp salt * 60 g melted coconut oil (added at the end) Instructions: 1. In a high-speed blender, add ingredients in this order: * Cashews * Espresso * Almond milk * Maple syrup * Vanilla * Salt 2. Blend on low to high speed until silky smooth (no chunks). 3. Add melted coconut oil as the final step, then blend again briefly to incorporate. 4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired — mousse should be balanced, not overly sweet. 5. Pour the mousse over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula. 6. Tap the cake on the counter to release air bubbles. 🔸 Decoration & Serving * Sprinkle with unsweetened cacao nibs for crunch and flavor. * Freeze the cake for at least 5 hours or overnight. * Before serving: * Defrost in the fridge for 2–3 hours. * Carefully remove the ring and acetate strip.
