Full day of eating on a reefed day

❗️Prep Update❗️THIS WEEK WAS ROUGH👇🏼 👙 My glutes are coming in sharper and my reefed day went very well and I looked fuller! 🧠 My mental health is still solid even though it was a rough week I feel gratitude for my body and all that it’s able to do for me 🏃‍♀️Cardio cardio was increased by 15 minutes and even though it’s a small amount, I’m definitely feeling it even more!!! But I did get one day off cardio and my body needed it!! 🥑We plugged away this week with the lower calories until Saturday where I got a refeed day! 🏋️‍♂️I’m feeling VERY weak this week and every lift feels like it weighs a million pounds. I’m finding it harder to find the motivation to train, but we’re still plugging away! 👠I’ve been adding more practice with my quarter turns in between my rest periods, but today’s posing session was a struggle because my legs felt so shaky ❗️REMINDER: This is an extreme sport and this is what I have to do to get the level of leanness I need to be competitive on a pro stage.
