Bali Art Villa – Weekly Progress Update � We’re steadily moving forward with construction across all villa lots and site infrastructure, ensuring quality and precision at every step. Here’s a breakdown of the latest developments: � Villa Lot 1 We have commenced plastering works on both the 1st and 2nd floors. Waterproofing for the 1st floor bathrooms and the rooftop slab has been completed. Next, we will proceed with concrete screed installation to achieve the correct slope on the rooftop floor. � Villa Lot 2 Starting from top to bottom, we began with roof listplank plastering, continued with AAC (hebel) wall installation on the 2nd floor, followed by pipe installations for both water and electricity systems along the wall structure. � Villa Lot 3 & 4 Plastering works are underway for all walls, similar to Lot 1. Simultaneously, we’ve started underground piping for plumbing and electrical works, preparing the site for backfilling. Boundary fence installation has also begun on site. � Access Road River stone foundation work is nearly completed. We’re currently installing rebar for the sloof (tie beam), and heavy machinery (excavator) will be used to compact the soil before road sloof casting. � Upcoming Works We’re preparing for finishing plaster and installation of steel framed doors and windows. 🔬🧑‍🔬 Medra, a startup building autonomous “robot scientists,” has raised $52 million to build one of the largest autonomous drug discovery labs in the United States. The company develops robotic systems that run biological experiments independently, tracking every detail from pipette angles to mixing speeds. This data feeds into AI models that analyze results and propose improvements, creating a continuous loop of experimentation. CEO Michelle Lee argues that scientific AI lacks sufficient training data because most labs only record successful outcomes. Medra’s systems capture everything, including failed attempts.
