Make sure your profile headline conveys the role you are looking for. 4. Lookout for Job openings: Update your profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Wellfound, Instahyre Set alerts so you get new openings directly in your mailboxes. 5. Referrals and cold-emailing: Start by looking out for hiring managers and connections in a given company. Send them a connection note stating the purpose. 6.
