I know everyone doing online business can relate well. COD returns do come we don’t know why people do this, they confirm on WhatsApp and also confirm on the call that they will accept the parcel and we ship with trust but parcel returns back to us undelivered. Every return order has a huge charges associated with that. We have to pay the shipping charges and return charges. That’s also fine because we have to do the business to grow we have to accept the COD orders. Today we have received this order as a return which is the used saree instead of the beautiful saree we shipped to the client . who did this ?? the client or the courier boy ? we don’t know but it’s very important to take desired action to protect yourself from the losses. 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🚨🚨🚨🚨 🚨Always open a return parcel without fail even if the package looks good 🚨 Don’t sign the POD sheet of courier boy until you check the returned product 🚨 if anything looks fishy please take a video recording of the product showing AWB No and other info 🚨 this should be a clear video, with showing opening of parcel 🚨make a full recording as it’s must to submit to the shipping provider even they don’t do anything 🚨 if you got wrong product , it’s a scam immediately return the packet to the courier person 🚨 and sign the POD wd remark that you returned the bag and take a pic of the signed copy 🚨 please update your courier partner immediately for the claim It’s sad but that’s the reality of today, they online business are increasing the sellers also getting a lot of issues like this which is a huge loss 🙏😌😔 We request every one who is seeing this video, please make ur firm mind before placing the order, and if you wish to cancel the order please inform seller immediately as it gives us a lot of pain if you return the order and such issues happens with us.
