Special potato fry 🥔 This is a fantastic combo for curd rice and other variety rices! Ingredients * Potatoes -3 nos (small and even size) * Sliced onions 🧅 -1 nos * oil -5-10 ml * Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp * Cumin-1/4 tsp * Green chilli-3 nos * Salt-to taste * Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp * Chilli 🌶️ powder -1 tsp * Crushed pepper-1/2 tsp * Chopped coriander 🌿-1 sprig Method * Wash and slice the potatoes 🥔 into even sized roundels soak them in water for 30 minutes * In a pan heat oil crackle mustard seeds and cumin then arrange the sliced potatoes 🥔 give them a toss drizzle little water cover and cook for a minute and let the potatoes sweat * At this stage Season it with salt/pepper/turmeric and chilli powder and toss it them, * once the masala is nicely coated in the potatoes add the onions and green chilli drizzle little water and cover and cook for 2-3 minutes in between open and mix * Once potatoes are almost cooked a slow to medium fire 🔥 roast them till the potatoes are well cooked and crispy * Finally finish it with chopped coriander leaves 🍃 * Serve with curd rice or preferred dishes Always remember this “everybody can cook and everybody has to cook” Happy cooking 😊 Director, Chef and Host: Karthi Videographer: Karthi Editor: Karthi #potatofry #potatorecipes #easyrecipes
