I won’t lie this is probably my favourite ever potato dish! And now you can make it yourself as well. As a way you can find the full recipe below. 🔥🌶️👇🏼❤️ Crispy Garlic Chilli Roasted Potatoes (serves 4) 800g Maris piper potatoes peeled and quartered 1 tsp. paprika ½ tsp. Chinese 5 spice 1 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. onion granules 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. MSG 1 heaped tsp. fresh garlic minced 1 heaped tsp. fresh ginger minced 1-2 tbsp. chilli crisp 2 tbsp. chives shopped 3 spring onions finely sliced Method: 1: Par boil the potatoes in boiling salted water for 8 minutes then drain, leave to steam in the colander for 5 minutes. 2: Mix the spices, salt and MSG together then sprinkle this over the potatoes, then gently shake to knock off the edges. 3: Pre-heat a roasting tray with plenty of oil, gently scatter the potatoes into the tray, turning so they get a good coating of oil. Pop into the oven to roast for 50 minutes, shaking halfway through. 4: After 50 minutes scatter over the garlic and ginger then returned to the oven for further 10 minutes. Placed into a bowl then spoon over plenty of chilli crisp. Tossing well until the potatoes have a lovely coating. Before serving scatter over some fresh freshly chopped chives and spring onions. #potatoesarelife #roasters #roastpotatoes #chillicrisp #sundayroast
