Sitting out WCB this year 😭 I've done this event since the very first one, at O'Connor. I've been in every final, on every podium and won a couple, so it's always been a favourite event for me. Unfortunately it's hosted at the gym where I broke my foot and ankle last year, and it's still not 100% right, I have too much anxiety about it to compete. I can't commit 100% to high moves and dynamic moves just yet. In training I have to kinda work up to scary things and you can't do that in a comp. I still have alot of pain due to the lack of cartilage between the heel and Talus that broke off and I just know I can't go out there and give it my all or do two sessions in a day. Good luck to everyone at this wonderful event. I'll be back next year 😎 waiting for the science to inject my joint and grow the cartilage back hehe.
