Runners, Your Core Deserves Better Than Crunches ! These aren’t your typical ab moves. They are functional, dynamic, and designed to actually help you run stronger, stay stable, and move with power. Note: these are not for beginners. Tag a runner who needs to level up their core 👇 1️⃣ “RRP” Side Plank – 10–15 reps per side Targets hips, glutes, back, obliques, and lower abs. 2️⃣ Dead Bug with Pull-Over – 10–20 reps Strengthens and stabilizes your core, spine, and back. 3️⃣ Bear Row / Row to Lateral Tap – 8–15 reps per side Builds strength and control through your shoulders, hip flexors, and deep core. ✅ Complete 2–4 rounds.
