CORE EXERCISES YOU CAN DO AT HOME🏡 💪🏻5 of my fave core exercises that I do in the gym and at home. Save and give it a go!!!! 💥 I usually go with 1 minute on each exercise (30 seconds each side on the side plank!) for 2 or 3 rounds! 🤝🏻 Core is key for runners… so here is a few of my go to core exercises! Core doesn’t have to be complex but it is a key part of running. When it comes to the end of a long run or race, having a strong core can keep your form strong and decrease the chance of you getting injured!
