CREME BRULEE SALT BREAD 7 60g salt bread (recipe on my page!) 2egg yolks 30g sugar 12g cornstarch 150 ml heavy cream 1tsp vanilla 1 tbsp unsalted butter 1c sugar 1c water -to make the creme filling, mix together yolk, sugar, vanilla extract and cornstarch. it’s important you do this first so the eggs don’t curdle! -then add in heavy cream and make sure eevrything is combined -to a pot on low heat, stir the mixture constantly until it has thickened -once thickened, add in the butter until melted and let cool -when its cool, add this to a piping bag -get your salt bread and make sure its room temp. poke a hold on the bottom and pipe the filling in. make sure u don’t overfill! -to a pan, add insuga rand water and heat it up until its an amber color or 325 degrees then coat the top of ur salt bread in the sugar -let cool so the sugar can set and enjoy! #cremebrulee #saltbread #shiopan #asianbaking #baking #bread #asianfood
