She does a weekly scripture verse, and it has been so encouraging to me. Her boldness in sharing the light of Christ is incredibly admirable, and she does so in such a beautiful way. I thought it would be fun to do my version of it to combine two of the things I love most: journaling and Jesus!💞 Over the years, I’ve been wanting to share more of my faith, but it’s easy for me to get in my head about HOW to accomplish that. I get in my head about perfectionism, so I loved being able to just film the highlighting portion (it takes the pressure off of filming and writing at the same time, which makes writing it feel more personal). I also like the idea of having these scripture studies in a separate place from my actual journal, so that I can still maintain a private, intimate relationship with God in my personal journal without showing that online.
