We had a late reservation, and the place was just about empty but they were so nice and the food did not disappoint! I got the boneless braised short rib which was so tender and flavorful 😍. Over-the-Top Sequoia DC Holiday Brunch Buffet Tour | Georgetown Waterfront DC Brunch Buffet Welcome to the iconic, Sequoia DC Holiday Brunch, at the Georgetown Waterfront! This holiday meal, is a vibrant celebration, in a beautiful dining space, with a wall of windows overlooking the Georgetown waterfront. The atmosphere is perfectly matched with a massive, all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet. The regular brunch gets upgraded into a full-on celebration, and there is an endless variety of food. There are numerous staffed stations, where you can get made to order items, including waffles, eggs, and many other items. There are carving stations with prime rib, a seafood spread with crab cakes and oysters, fresh sushi, brunch classics, and a dessert table that looks like it was built for Instagram. Guests especially love the presentation, the sheer variety, and how the servers keep the bottomless mimosas and bellinis flowing. If the weather permits I’d recommend outdoor seating. There’s scenic views of the harbor, the Kennedy Center, and a grand sculpture, all under an array of string lights! It’s perfect for a summer evening or a weekend brunch✨Perfect date spot!😉 👗 Suggested Attire: trendy glam, I wouldn’t recommend jeans or casual attire. For the fellas, I saw some men in khakis, if that’s helpful? 🤷🏾‍♀️ ⭐️ Service Service is great, quick and professional! ⭐️ Taste The fried calamari (ate it all before I remembered to take a pic 🤭) was made perfectly and the chipotle aioli really set it off! The shrimp and chicken were great. The crab cakes were lump, fresh, seasoned just right, and paired well with the slaw!
