4-5 of our latest parcels were returned. 🙆🏻‍♀️ I was packing an order for a customer when I got DM from another customer who informed me that her parcel was not delivered yet. When we checked status using tracking details, we found out that it said customer was not available for delivery. We asked the customer who said they received no calls regarding any delivery attempt. We filed a complaint and @shiprocket.in promised us delivery on the next day. But they didn't do anything and parcel was returned to us. Same things happening with many other parcels where @shiprocket.in cited reasons like customer being not available (while they didn't make any delivery attempts), customer requested future delivery and so on. End result was same - parcels are returning back, our customers lost faith (some were understanding and requested to send it again), we suffered loss in paying shipping for both sides and most importantly, the customers didn't get their order on time. We filed complaint for all of these orders but only received copy-pasted empty promises. But never given anything concrete. Issue has still not resolved and we're constantly fighting over phone calls and email just to get the service we paid for. We refunded the amount to customers but this was a really bad experience for everyone involved. Are you a small business owner who faced similar issue?
