Tricep pushdowns = arm thickness builder. Elbows locked, control the negative, and squeeze hard at the bottom. If you want bigger arms, stop rushing reps and start owning them. Quality > weight. Every time. 🔥

Triceps Pushdown Mistake (FIX THIS!) Outfit from @dfyne.official - Use code DELTA for 10% off. Link in bio. Size & Shred Training program 👉🏻 deltabolic.com (link in bio) Stop raising your shoulders and lowering them like this on the triceps push down. When you raise your shoulders, your upper traps actively contract, and when you lower your shoulders as you push the rope down, you are using momentum, which reduces tension on the triceps. To fix this, keep your shoulders down at all times to maximize tension on the triceps.

Quick upper body session. Controlled reps. Full squeeze. Incline Cable Flies 2 x 8 Chest up, slight bend in elbows. Hug the weight. Squeeze at the top for 1 second. Incline DB Press 2 x 8 Shoulders back, chest high. Lower slow. Press up strong without locking hard. Cable Tricep Extensions 2 x 10 Elbows pinned. Don’t swing. Fully extend and squeeze your triceps. Cable Hammer Curls 2 x 10 Neutral grip. Elbows tight. Curl up controlled, lower slow. Dumbbell Curls 2 x 10 No swinging. Supinate hard at the top. Control the negative. Save this and run it. Progress the weight weekly. If you’re trying to build muscle and don’t know where to start, DM me “TRANSFORM” #chestday #arms

So many people get this one wrong. The cable lateral raise - Arguably the more superior lateral variation you can do. Lots of people still get this wrong and remove a lot of the benefits the cables give you over the dumbbells. Make sure you set the cable handle height up so the line of pull is lateral, not downward. I also opt for cuffs so that it removes the need to grip a handle. I still use dumbbells but I do so alongside performing a cable lateral raise too and I rotate between the two. Currently on my push day I use dumbbells and on my shoulder and arm day, I use the cables. Make sure you save this so you can come back to it the next time you are in the gym! #cablelateralraise #shoulders #setup

❗️Incline Cable Pushdown❗️3 x 8-10 MID-HEAV - Incline set to 6, my cable set to 16, with the wheels of the bench against the base of the machine. - Control those eccentrics and squeeze at the bottom, these are sure to burn your triceps up🔥 Credit to @tonino.luketic for these, been wanting to try them for a while - Save for your next arm day! - #fitness #pushday #armday #gymtips #workouttips

Tricep pushdown seems like a relatively simple exercise but if you tend to feel in other muscle groups such as your lats or your chest instead of the triceps, well this should help fix these issues. Here’s how to properly perform a tricep pushdown

I totally agree upon the fact that old videos are really gold where I found this variation of triceps pushdown by @cbum targetting not just your medial head like the pushdown always do but also the long head which makes up the major chunk in our triceps. You should try this exercise and enjoy the process. Follow me for more such valuable insights.

The only video you need to target your biceps. Most people think arm growth is about doing more curls. In reality, it’s about understanding how the arm actually works and training it through its full function. This session is structured to hit the arm from every angle — long head, short head, and the supporting muscles that actually let your biceps grow harder over time. • Warm-up – get blood into the elbows and shoulders so you can load the work safely • Straight-bar pulldown – heavy tension, elbow stability, sets the tone • EZ-bar skull crushers – lengthened position for serious stimulus • Cable overhead extensions – bias the long head where most size comes from • V-grip pulldowns – controlled contraction, clean reps, no momentum • Cross-body cable work – finishes the arm with constant tension and detail No wasted sets. No random exercises. Just intentional training that compounds over time. If your arms haven’t been growing, it’s not effort you’re missing — it’s structure. Train smarter. Build properly. ⸻ #armday #bicepworkout #smarttraining #hypertrophy #pttips

This is the best tricep pushdown. Single-arm, locked into the machine. No cheating, no dominant side taking over, just pure tricep work. Leaning your arm into the machine gives you extra stability, which means less momentum and more force through the tricep. Because you’re locked in, you can push more weight, keep constant tension, and actually control the rep from start to finish. Elbow pinned. Full extension. No swinging. If your triceps aren’t growing, this needs to be in your training. DM ‘Dialled’ for a FREE diet + training book DM ‘Change’ for 1-1 coaching
