I got my ears pierced in a mall when I was 10 years old, with my mother and my little sister. When I was 12 years old(on an overnight school trip) I pierced my ear and a few of my girlfriends ears with a single needle, an ice cube, a lighter(to sterilize the needle), and small packets of alcohol wipes(that I got from the nurse). My teacher found out and my parents were called and needless to say that was the end of that piercing. Now, over 30 years later(assuming the second hole had closed) I decided to get a couple more ear piercings with a few girlfriends and much to my surprise, the hole I pierced decades before was indeed still open. This is the first time I’ve worn an earring in that hole even though I’ve had it for over 30 years! I got 2 more piercings and it almost feels like I’m reliving my preteens all over again. 😂🤩 Only this time with a real professional doing the piercing. 🙌🏼😉 *the things we do when we are young and think we know it all. 🙈☺️🤷🏼‍♀️ What’s the worst thing you did when you were young?! Yesterday Ryder Bird got her ears pierced at @theoakandpoppy in Woodland Hills.
