Study LESS, learn MORE. It’s not about cramming for hours—it’s about how you study. Here’s how to maximize your learning with less time: 🧠 Active Recall – Stop rereading. Quiz yourself instead. The more you struggle to remember, the stronger the memory gets. ✍️ Scribble Method – Use your non-dominant hand to doodle messy scribbles while studying. It keeps your brain engaged and improves retention. 📢 Feynman Technique – If you can’t teach it simply, you don’t understand it. Break it down as if you’re explaining it to a child. 💻 Second Brain – Organize your notes digitally so you can quickly find, review, and connect key concepts. It’s not about how long you study—it’s about how efficiently you learn.

Study SMARTER, not harder or longer! ✅🏆💯👩🏽🎓 - The Hack? 📕 Active Recall + Spaced Repetition 📕 1️⃣ Revise or learn content through techniques that requires you to retrieve information when prompted, without reading/looking at your notes. Examples include: Flashcards, Blurting, Practice Questions. 2️⃣ Review this content at regular, increasing intervals. For example: Say you learn something in class that day. You would then review the content… —> when you get home from school —> again that weekend —> the weekend after —> in a fortnight —> in a month —> in 3 months. This combo is one of the most EFFICIENT ways to study, and will help you learn & remember content SO much faster, and for way longer too 🤓🤓🤓 - #studysmarter #studysmart #studyskills #studyhacks #studytips #student #studentlife #topscorer #goodgrades #topstudent #schoolmemes #schoolife #studentproblems #ATAR #VCE #HSC

I don’t like long study sessions because it’s quite physically-exhausting. So when I really have to do it, I make sure it’s super productive! 🎯Goal setting: Break down your material into manageable chunks and schedule study sessions for each. Be realistic about how much time you’ll need for each topic. 🍅Pomodoro Technique: I prefer 50/10. Basically, study for 50 mins then get a 10-min break and repeat. 🌧️Ambient Sounds: Rain sounds is my fav! It provides a calming and natural white noise that masks distractions without being distracting itself. 💧Hydration: When you’re dehydrated, your brain function slows down. Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and take regular sips throughout your study session. 👯Company: Find a dedicated study buddy who shares your goals and can maintain focus during the sessions. Watching them work hard for their goals will definitely motivate you! If you haven’t found a study buddy yet, opt for my study with me videos! Studying multiple subjects efficiently in a short time requires effective time management and study strategies. Here are some tips that have really helped me when I was overwhelmed with too many subjects in one semester: Prioritize: Identify the most important or challenging subjects/topics you need to cover. Create a schedule: Allocate specific time blocks for each subject. Use a timer to stay on track. Break it down: Divide your study time into shorter, focused sessions (e.g., 25-30 minutes) with short breaks in between. Active learning: Engage actively with the material. Summarize, make flashcards, or teach the concepts to someone else. Eliminate distractions: Find a quiet, distraction-free space to study. Turn off notifications and stay off social media. Study aids: Use study aids like textbooks, notes, and online resources to reinforce your understanding. Practice problems: For subjects like math or science, practice solving problems to reinforce concepts. Review and revise: Periodically review what you’ve learned to reinforce memory. Stay healthy: No doubt the most important one!!! Get enough sleep, eat well, and take short breaks to recharge your energy. Stay organized: Keep track of what you’ve covered and what’s left to study using a checklist or planner. Seek help when needed: If you’re struggling with a particular subject, don’t hesitate to ask for help from a teacher, tutor, or classmate. Remember, the key is to stay focused and make the most of your study time. Tailor these strategies to your own learning style and adapt them as needed.
