We get asked from time to time for shorter rentals periods, and we absolutely allow people to rent for less time. However the follow up question is usually “is there a discount for less time?”. In most scenarios this might make sense. But not for soft play🙅🏻‍♀️ The reason being is because no matter how long you rent a set for there’s still SOOOO much work that goes in behind the scenes to creating these little wonderlands! It wouldn’t be fair to us to do the same amount of work for a 6 hour rental as a 2 hour rental and charge the lesser time one less. We still have to do the EXACT same amount of work! If the work was less in any way then absolutely we would, but unfortunately it’s no different 😕 And for that reason we do not give discounts for shorter rentals periods🕰️ We hope you guys can understand, let me know in the comments if you prefer 4 hours for a rental or 6. Let’s talk pricing ✨I make it easy for you guys. I am also a consumer and I want things to be straight up. So I am very open about pricing! It reflects the work and knowledge I put into this business. I make your designs, there’s a large physical aspect of setting up & breaking down, truck rentals, storage rental fees and the cleaning before and after your event. With that being said we will be raising prices before summer to accommodate for increases in supplies/materials, storage fee increase and taxes. So if you want these prices I suggest booking before May! My largest package ‘Grand Luxe’ already includes pricing for your customization as well. A crowd favorite. There is a lot we don’t see behind the scenes! I’ve been so lucky and blessed with my amazing clients and how respectful everyone is.
