This message is spot on! Last year I experienced a complete burnout. And I had no idea why. I kept getting sick and laid out in bed, which had never happened to me before. My energy levels got low which was also strange. It seemed like everything was going great but last August one thing after another started to crumble and I ran out of energy (fuel). It made no sense to me. On paper, my life was great and I was having a lot of success. But my body was shutting down. In January of 2024 I decided to do whatever it took to see what was going on. I downsized my businesses, I hired a coach, I set aside time each week to dive into what was going on. It was intense. I discovered that I wasn’t on purpose or out of my souls alignment. And that my fuel source that used to fuel me no longer worked. It took 7 months to realize my souls purpose and find my new fuel source. And my energy and clarity has come back instantly 🙌🦅. So if any of you are running out of fuel. For so long I begged for these types of friendships When I first started high school, I was bullied by my best friends They would prank call me Run off on me Make fun of me Made me feel less than They would betray me often And one of them even slept with my first love I didn’t know what true soul friendships were until later on in life. I connected with beautiful people that because amazing friends who I still cherish but they only served me for the season of life I was in at the time. However, it was only in the last couple of years that I found my SOUL friendships 🥹 And I truly believe I called them in by being my own best friend first and by showing up in the energy of those friendships.
