HIGH PROTEIN SOYA CHILLI Per serving: 44g protein, 429 cals, 47g carbs, 2.4g fat Ingredients: 80g soya chunks @fudcouki brand 2 tbsp corn flour 1/4 tsp each of the following: salt, pepper, paprika Oil spray 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 red onion, finely diced 1/2 bell pepper, finely diced Sauce: 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp dark soya sauce, 1 tbsp sriracha sauce, 1 tsp corn flour, 3 tbsp water Spring onions, finely sliced Method: 1. Soak soya chunks in boiling water for 10mins 2. Drain soya chunks and gently squeeze out the excess water 3. Coat them with corn flour, salt, pepper and paprika and dry fry for about 15mins until crispy on all sides, set aside 4. Make the sauce using the ingredients listed above, set aside 5. In a pan add some oil spray, ginger garlic paste and the chopped onion and bell peppers. Once the veg has cooked add the crispy soya chunks and the sauce 6. Mix well, add the spring onions 7. Creamy Coriander Soya 🌿 | High-Protein Comfort Bowl Creamy, protein-rich and made without cream 🤍 This coriander soya is comforting, filling and perfect for a balanced meal. 🥣 Recipe 1. Boil water with salt, add 80 g soya chunks and cook for 6–7 mins. Squeeze out excess water (don’t dry completely). 2. Add 1 tbsp corn flour (or rice flour), 1 tbsp coriander powder and 2–3 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix well. 3. Heat ½ tbsp oil, add soya chunks and cook for 6–7 mins till lightly crisp. 4. Add remaining ½ tbsp oil, then add 1 chopped onion, 3–4 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 2–3 green chillies & curry leaves. Cook for 6–7 mins. 5. Blend 50 g low-fat paneer + 7–8 soaked cashews + 250–300 ml water till smooth. Add ½ cup water, blend again and pour into the pan. 6. Add salt & black pepper, mix well. 7. Add ½ cup chopped coriander and cook 4–5 mins till creamy. Creamy Soya Chunk Curry Without Cream 💥 Took a break from the regular sabzi’s and instead made this creamy soya bean curry without any cream✨ and trust me you wont even know!! Recipe : Ingredients 1 cup boiled soya bean chunks 3 onion onions (2 sliced and fried, 1 chopped) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tomato puréed For the creamy paste: Fried onion, 2-3 green chillies, 6-7 soaked cashews, 2 tbs yogurt, 1/4 cup water Masalas: 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chillis powder, 1 tsp coriander powder , 1 tsp cumin powder 1 cup hot water 1 tsp roasted Kasuri method 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves Chilli oil for garnish Method Soak cashews in hot water for 15mins, slice two onion and fry it till golden. Basically make barista and keep aside. Blend together the fried onion, green chillies, cashews and yogurt along with some water to make a creamy paste. Heat oil in a pan and fry rest of the chopped onion. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté the same for 3 mins. Add the tomato purée and till the raw smell goes away. Add the masalas and salt. Cook till you see oil on the sides. Add the previously prepared cashew and onion paste. Mix it well. Pour in hot water and let it come to a simmer. Close the lid and cook for 4 mins. Add the boiled soya bean chunks and mix well. Cook for more 2-3 mins.
