Spider is a Ball Python morph. It can cause a wobble. Some wobbles are worse than others. This one is pretty extreme. I have some Spiders in my collection. A couple you would never notice a wobble. Others are noticeable. Not to the extreme of snake in video. Recent science shows it due to an issue with the inner ear development in Spider gene. Breeding the spider ball python morph isnt okay. The spider gene is known to have neurological problems. For example, "the wobble", this can be head tilting, small head wobbles and balance issues, corkscrewing, and makes it difficult for them to eat. Intentionally breeding animals with neurological problems is unethical. Sidenote!! I attended the Lone Star Reptile Expo in Arlington on December 13th and 14th. There was a couple there who called themselves "Small Constrictors". They are one of the breeders who sadly produce these snakes with problems. This is Canela! She’s my first ball python that I’ve gotten a few years back. She is a banana cinnamon morph, hence her name🥰. I know that there’s a lot of hate towards ball pythons in the reptile community, but I still personally love them! Their personalities are all so different, and they’re the perfect snake to just chill with you. Canela is super curious and loves exploring and climbing. Plus, her face is the cutest ever!! 🥰💖
