Where you’re looking can either help or hinder your ability to express coordination and strength.

Even though most people default to looking AT the pole while working with it, it’s generally a less energy-efficient way to spin and invert. 😣

👌🏻 When our energy flows WAY out beyond our skin, beyond what is right in front of us, things change.

Regarding your pole skills, looking away can help distribute work throughout the entire body which can relieve overworking and allow you to stop fixating on “engaging” anything in particular.


👁️ With an intentional gaze, your movement starts to take care of itself. then you get to enjoy the ride.
