There is nothing comparable to this stretch. It releases tension and pain in few seconds. Don’t force, the crack doesn’t always happen. Hold for at least 30 seconds each side. Enjoy 💫 #painfree #backpain #spine #stretching #mobilitytraining

STATIC STRETCHING VS DYNAMIC STRETCHING ❌✅ What do you do? Save the static stretching and get into dynamic stretching. This prepares your body for movement and has you moving. As opposed to static stretching which is where you aren’t moving. And even more importantly, don’t forget to do your warm up sets for the specific exercise that you’re going to do. The days of static stretching and balancing on one leg holding your quads are over. Get moving and get warming up correctly! If you sign up to any of my programs, you get many videos explaining how to warm up correctly with tutorial videos on how to execute them correctly. my go-to stretching routine to get your splits (hanumanasana🐒) FAST !! the key is dynamic movements & active flexibility training. you don’t even need to do this every day to see progress… just a few times a week should do the trick. ☺️ happy practicing! #splitspose #splitsprogress #stretchingroutine #activeflexibility #flexibilitygoals #flexible #flexibleyogis #stretching #stretchingexercises #splitspose #splitseverywhere

Static Stretching to improve flexibility. You can hold each stretches for 25-30 seconds. Stretching has nothing to do with post workout recovery as commonly believed. #stretchingexercises #stretching #stretches

let this be the year you finally get your splits 💜✨ disclaimer: I'm not saying this is a „get your splits in 30 days“. just saying if you do these on a consistent basis you'll eventually get your splits xx 💜 @vibefitde #stretching #splits #splitsprogress #splitstraining #splitstretch

So what’s the difference❓ 🔵 Dynamic stretching: This is what you do before physical activity. It wakes up your muscles, increases blood flow, activates your nervous system, and gets your joints moving through the ranges you’ll actually use. You’re preparing the body to produce force, react quickly, and move with speed and control. 🔴 Static stretching: It does the opposite. It relaxes the muscle, slows the nervous system, and helps reduce tightness after the work is done. It’s meant for cooldowns, flexibility work, and restoring mobility – not gearing your body up for performance. ✅ Comment “FREE” for my free injury-prevention guide to help you stay healthy while you train #stayhybrid #traindifferent #hybridtraining #trainlikeanathlete #getfaster #track #dynamicstretching #staticstretching #warmuproutine #speed #mobility #athletictraining #fitness #peakperformance #explosivepower #stretching

⚠️ You probably have been stretching wrong I’ve noticed a lot of ppl static stretching before a workout. That is a good way to injure yourself. There are reasons to stretch why we stretch and types of stretches we need to optimize performance, recovery, and prevent injury. 1. Pre-workout: Dynamic Stretch (warm up) is a stretch in motion. Triggering the muscle to wake up and give it a little tug to loosen up. Increasing blood flow and lubricating the body. 2. Post-workout: Static Stretch (cool down) this is fully lengthening the muscles you just beat up creating better range of motion and reduces tension & soreness by increasing blood flow. Not to mention this form of stretching lowers heart rate and triggers relaxation. #stretching #preworkout #postworkout
