Late Post.... "Art Deco meets Architecture" Collaboration This edible piece was inspired on the beautiful Old Court Building of Sao Paulo, Brazil. I tried to "sugarize" the balcony with the statue of Mercury using fondant, modeling chocolate, isomalt for the windows, wafer paper and include light on the room where Mercury is.
