The past five days were some of the coldest + intense days I’ve ever faced, but to be standing here, on the tallest free standing mountain in the world with my lil crew, has made all of those moments I wanted to quit worth it⛰️ I am now a firm believer that with a good group of friends & some hot peppermint tea (with extra honey😉), anything is possible!!⛰️✨ One of the 7 summits? Yesterday, my friend Karmel and I summited Mt. Elbert — the highest mountain in Colorado and 2nd highest in the continental U.S. 14,433 ft of challenge, grit, and pure joy! It was Karmel’s first 14er (she went big!) and my seventh — and we made it to the top together. 💪 Up at 1:30am, on the trail by 5:15am in the chill of 34F… it was steep, relentless, and 100% worth it. 👉 Here’s what makes this even more meaningful: we’ve both healed severe chronic illness using Medical Medium info. There was a time when walking up stairs felt impossible… now we’re climbing mountains! It’s been two years since we completed the 8,000-meter mountains in Tibet and Nepal, finishing with Annapurna and Manaslu in June🏔️🙏🏻 We summited Annapurna on the 5th and Manaslu on the 10th, in amazing conditions!☺️ We were lucky that the monsoon came late that year🙏🏻 Nine mountains above 8,000 meters in 45 days.
