How do you get your students listening ears focused on you?🍎🤪 Call and responses are some of our favorite things to use, however sometimes It’s better not to add to the volume with your own voice!😂🍎 These are two of our favorite attention grabbers in class! Both bring our voices to a level 0 by the end, and the first doesn’t require your voice at all!🤗🍎‼️ The first video shows our countdown, I will hold up either 5 or 10 fingers depending on how much time we have and slowly count them down until I hit zero. As the kiddos notice, they join me in my silent countdown until we are all waiting silently at zero. Some definitely catch on quicker than others, but as hands go up to join, everyone begins to realize and soon after we are all silent at zero!🍎‼️ The second video shows a really simple way to quite everyone down!
