Here are five practical ways you can help someone if they’ve experienced a traumatic event, are in distress do you to living through something difficult, or they having a mental health episode. You don’t have to be the expert, and quite often people will know exactly what they need – they just need a little help in having this facilitated. Never underestimate the power of kindness, of listening, and offering to ease their current load if and when you can. There are two types of employees Type 1 and Type 2 Type 1's are -intrinsically motivated -moving your company forward -more productive than other employees Type 2's are -slackers -unmotivated -require supervision But let's say you had two employees Employee 1 Is as productive as 6 normal people Employee 2 is 80% as productive as one person You get upset about employee two so you decide the whole company needs supervision But the cost of this is it demotivates employee one who now does the work of 2 people as opposed to 6 And Employee two is now working at 95% of the capacity of a normal employee This is, of course, a made-up example but demonstrates the cost of supervision Bureaucracy...
