It creates real commitment. Step 2: 50 minutes of deep work. Work straight through. When a random thought pops up, write it on a separate piece of paper and go right back to the task. Here’s how in 3 easy steps: ➜ Brain-dump your daily tasks. ➜ Identify your top 3 priorities. ➜ Timebox them - allocate specific time slots in your calendar and commit.
