Task chunking means: Taking one big, scary task and breaking it into tiny, easy steps. Like eating a big pizza one slice at a time instead of swallowing it whole. Because the ADHD brain gets overwhelmed by: • big tasks • long tasks • unclear steps • “where do I start?” Chunking helps you start without panic. #adhd #drgayaatrireddy #psychologist #therapy #psychology #counselling #therapist #mentalhealthawareness #psychotherapy ##anxiety

Managing a heavy workload while staying strategically visible doesn’t happen by accident. It comes down to a few simple methods I rely on to protect my time, focus on what matters, and make sure leadership actually sees the impact. 1. Use a weekly priority map Sort tasks into: Strategic / High-impact / Urgent / Low-value. Do strategic and high-impact tasks first each day. 2. Time-block your calendar Reserve fixed blocks for deep work, quick tasks, and meetings. Protect strategic time. 3. Limit reactive work Check email/messages in set windows, not constantly. 4. Create a “visibility package” Send short, regular updates (bullets, dashboards, or KPIs) to leadership to show progress without extra work. 5. Delegate and automate (if/where possible) Offload routine work to maximize time for strategic tasks. 6. Review daily; plan weekly End each day with a 2-minute reset. End each week with a 10-minute priorities review. #corporatewomen #careerconfidence #womeninbusiness #communicationcoach #speakup #leadershipdevelopment #corporatelife #professionalgrowth #confidenceatwork

This 2-step Outlook hack will change your life 🤯 Add an email as a task in Outlook ☑️

I used to say “there needs to be more hours in a day” at least once PER day 😬 But here’s the truth I learned the hard way: I didn't have a TIME problem. I actually had a SYSTEMS problem. 🫣 Once I built systems around my core values and actual hard job constraints, everything shifted. My calendar became a reflection of my priorities instead of my burnout. I felt in alignment again both at work and at home. HERE'S EXACTLY WHAT I DID: 1️⃣ Got clear on my core values & job requirements. What actually matters in this season of your life? 2️⃣ Audit my time. I tracked what I did over 24 hours in 30-min intervals. I didnt guilt or "should" myself. 3️⃣ Find the gaps. I identified where my values and actual time spent were not lining up. 4️⃣ Built my system. Calendar + task tracker = your sanity. 5️⃣ Check my alignment regularly. If your schedule doesn’t match your values, something needs to change. You don’t need more hours. You need a system that reflects the life you’re actually trying to live. I've put my full personal task management system inside my free HER Management Edge Toolkit with step-by-step instructions on how to customize it for YOU. Comment READY below ✨️ Xx, Shauna
