Honestly…The truth of this makes me feel a bit hurt and dejected… 😔especially that I see it from friends and family that I’ve known my entire life and have have always been good to. The smiley morning routine ☀️🤍 This simple AM routine puts me in the right headspace and sets me up for a successful, happy, peaceful and productive day! Here’s what I do— 1. Open blinds (the second my alarm goes off, I open my blinds. No iffs ands or butts!!! Opening your blinds gets you out of bed aka no snoozing!) 2. Watch the sunrise (this depends on what time you wake up but it is sooo peaceful and grounding for me to watch the sunrise every morning) 3. Drink lemon water— hydration is KEY in the morning! 4. Roll out my yoga mat and get in some mindful movement 5. Make a cinnamon explosion latte 6. Read the Daily Stoic by @ryanholiday 7.
