My favorite way to meal prep salads #sponsored Though mason jar salads have been around for many years because of their aesthetic, many people are not aware of how practical and helpful they can be! By adding dressing to the bottom of the jar and storing your salad in an airtight container, you’ll keep each component of your salad fresh until you’re ready to consume it! This may save you the trouble of finding a separate container for your dressing as well as save you space since mason jars are portable and compact. Instructions: ⁃ Add salad dressing to the bottom of your 32 oz wide mouth mason jar.
