The third trimester can really feel overwhelming and lonely sometimes. Your back, breasts, hips, and pelvis might ache constantly, and getting a good night’s sleep can be tough. It can feel like nothing fits, and your emotions might be all over the place, leading to moments of frustration or anger. Those baby kicks can make it hard to breathe or walk comfortably, and even though you might just want to rest, there are little ones counting on you. Just remember, you’re doing your best, and it’s completely okay to feel exhausted and everything in between. This pregnancy has been a real challenge for me, especially with the gallstones causing so much pain and making it hard to eat. The pelvic bone pain is intense, and now with my little one coming three weeks earlier than expected due to needing gallbladder surgery. It is difficult to get things done with these sporadic contractions, especially being 1 cm dilated at 28 weeks. I'm trying to doing everything I can to keep him healthy, and even though it feels tough right now, holding him in my arms will be worth it.
