🍪🍫 Brookie Tin (Cookie × Brownie Layered) 1. Cookie Dough Ingredients Wet • Unsalted butter (soft, cool) – 88 g • Caster sugar – 30 g • Light brown sugar – 65 g • Dark brown sugar – 10 g • Thick yogurt (curd) – 25 g • Milk – 5 g • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp Dry • All-purpose flour – 160 g • Cornflour – 2.5 g • Baking soda – ¼ tsp • Baking powder – ⅛ tsp • Salt – 2 g • Coffee powder – ¼ tsp Add-ins • Milk chocolate chips – 83 g • Dark chocolate chips – 83 g ⸻ Method 1. Cream butter + sugars until smooth (no heavy aeration). 2. Add vanilla, yogurt, milk → mix until combined. 3. Add all dry ingredients → mix just until dough forms. 4. Fold in chocolate chips. 5. Keep aside. ⸻ 2. Brownie Batter Ingredients • Dark chocolate – 190 g • Unsalted butter – 38 g • Condensed milk – 220 g • Milk – 24 g • All-purpose flour – 60 g • Cocoa powder – 15 g • Milk chocolate chips – 75 g ⸻ Method 1. Melt dark chocolate + butter until smooth. 2. Mix in condensed milk. 3. Add flour + cocoa powder → fold gently. 4. Add milk and mix until smooth. 5. Fold in chocolate chips. ⸻ 3. Assembly 1. Use equal-size scoops for both batters. 2. In the tin: • Alternate cookie → brownie → cookie → brownie • Fill the entire base 3. Repeat for second layer 4. Add 30–40 g extra chocolate chips in center + around 5. Cookie Pie tin🍪 The best recipe😱💕 Ingredients Butter – 54g Caster sugar – 18 g Light brown sugar – 45 g yogurt (curd) – 20g All-purpose flour – 100 g Cornflour – 1/2tsp Baking soda –1/4tsp Baking powder – 1/4tsp Chocolate chips – 20 g Chocolate for centre - 25gm Method Cream butter, caster sugar and brown sugar until combined. Add yogurt and milk . Mix well. Add flour, cornflour, baking soda, baking powder . Mix to form a soft cookie dough. Fold in chocolate chips. Divide the dough into 2 portions (~60 g each) and press into greased ramekins with chocolate pc in centre Bake at 180°C for 10–14 minutes until the top is golden and the centre stays slightly gooey.
