Scaling double unders to 2x the single unders doesn’t work. It will only make you better at single unders. Double unders require 2 things 1. Timing 2. Practice Find weird exercises, experiment Get frustrated Go back to the drawing board Try again EXTRA TIP: Try jump to a metronome of 110bpm, it will help with rhythm

Here are 3 tips to get your first double unders: 1. Slow the rope down Control beats speed. Don’t try to whip it as fast as possible. A slower rope lets you focus on timing and gives your feet a chance to clear the floor twice. 2. Jump a little higher than your normal skip You don’t need huge jumps—just enough for the rope to pass under twice. Think light, quick, and controlled, not power jumping like a box jump. 3. One rep at a time Don’t stress about linking them together yet. Nail a single clean double under first. Once your timing is solid, stringing reps will come naturally. Bonus mindset shift: don’t think about 10 in a row. Focus on one good rep at a time—small wins add up fast.

Tips on Double Unders! - Having the right rope length is always step #1. A good starting point is handles by the armpits when you step on it, and adjust due to preference from there -SLOWER tempo singles when building up and go right onto doubles. BEST TIP: double unders are skill and timing based, which means the best way to build up to them is to spend time doing them. All you need is 3-5 minutes of trying, feeling out what works and what doesn't, do this 3 times a week and you have no choice but to succeed ⚡⚡
