The question I got most often when I came off of social media was “where did Goggins go?” People speculated that my knees were bad, maybe my health, maybe even a deep depression. It was none of that. Simply put, I grow in the darkness not in the light. Stay hard!

I believe this is due to how simple the moment is - “just lift the arm up and down”. So I’ve heard distance runners have gone through this but it was a first and hopefully last time experience for me y’all! What’s crazy is that there was a porta potty less than half a mile from where the event took place 😂 I really just couldn’t hold it anymore and thought it might have just been 💨. I know this is TMI but listen, this is real for a lot of runners! My stomach truly let me down today but the 22 miles were completed eventually. And this is now at the top of my most embarrassing moments of my life list. Hope yall had a much better long run than me today! Happy running!
