#trapezetuesday Amanda was walking past the 3 month trapeze class being taught by @Jen.stones and liked the cross back split move so much she nicked it! She also added a little something to the end. Thanks’ Jen! Noodle from last week, trying to get more comfy with this @jasonmejias shape on my trapeze bc the hollow bar throws everything off. 😩 I used to (still sometimes do) pick at the kp on my arms from stress/anxiety and for many years I didn’t wear sleeveless tops for fear of people seeing the scarring.
