I’ve been thinking lately there is such a freedom of expression in dance, these days we can rely on alcohol and intoxicants to reach that level of freedom away from self- consciousness. We’ve gone from jumping up and down as children to doing the T-Rex 2-step as adults (hand like a T-Rex and bobbing side to side) 🤣🦖There is nothing wrong with this move but are we truly moving the way we want to, or are we just trying to fit into social and cultural norms and what we deem as socially exeptable?
