A Little PB to perk me up on a Friday 💪🏻 close to BW @ 55kg upper body has been my focus recently! I’m trying to rest the lower body as issues still underly. I went in to train today and I was like fuck it I’m gonna hit a PB and that’s what happened. 🥹⭐️ 60 within the coming weeks 👀💪🏻 when I’m in a funk with life this lifts my mood like no other 😌 The only competition is you! Set goals for your training. This gives you something to work for. The results comes once you stay consistent and patient 🌟

When I see a client struggling with chronic fatigue, brain fog, and stubborn weight loss challenges, one thing I always check for is a “Calcium Shell” on the HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) - a more extreme mineral imbalance which may underly many symptoms associated with a slow metabolism. Clinically speaking, a Calcium Shell is a more pronounced / extreme level of calcium far beyond normal levels. Elevated levels of calcium shown on a hair sample reflect a buildup of calcium in the body. As around 99% of calcium belongs primarily in the bones and teeth, a Calcium Shell can provide us with the insight that calcium is building up in the “wrong places” like the cells, tissues, glands, and organs. As calcium is a very hard mineral (after all, its used to help form our bones), excess calcium can result in calcification of the cells, forming a sort of “shell” around the cells themselves, thus gunking things up and slowing down metabolic function... 🔍 Symptoms May Include: ✅ Chronic Fatigue ✅ Difficulty Losing Weight ✅ Joint & Muscle Pain ✅ Chronic Fatigue ✅ Brain Fog ✅ Emotionally Shut Down / Apathy 🧩This metabolic state may promoted by a number of factors, and may include: ✅ Excess Calcium Intake ✅ Vitamin K2 Deficiency ✅ Exposure to Toxic Elements (i.e. Heavy Metals) ✅ History of Emotional Trauma ✅ Undiagnosed Primary Hypothyroidism ✅ Iodine Deficiency (almost a given if Calcium levels are above 200 on the HTMA) ✅ EMF Exposure (due to EMFs effects on voltage-gated calcium channels or VGCCs) Given that the underlying factors driving this imbalance can be so varied from one individual to the next, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to addressing a Calcium Shell. That being said, I don’t recommend navigating this on your own! In my experience, it can sometimes take a year or longer to “break” the shell - with regular check-ins, retesting, and careful course correction often being required along the journey.
